I don't think she can. But her baby girl might be lucky enough to collect after the law suits are over.

I'm sure her estate will go to her baby and probably the yet to be determined father will file not only a paternal rights lawsuit but also attach liens to the estate for the sake of raising the child. If Anna had any inkling of awareness she would have already filed a will to protect the interests of her family.

I don't think so Anna was fueding with her family and the only one left was the baby to get the money. I hope the grandmother does fight for custody of the baby.

It will go to whomever gets custidy of the child to take care of her. Who knows how much she really has.
