I'm sure her estate will go to her baby and probably the yet to be determined father will file not only a paternal rights lawsuit but also attach liens to the estate for the sake of raising the child. If Anna had any inkling of awareness she would have already filed a will to protect the interests of her family.

I don't think so Anna was fueding with her family and the only one left was the baby to get the money. I hope the grandmother does fight for custody of the baby.
