money and material possessions.
If I could could go without those I would but this society is so expensive that it would be nearly impossible to do so.

A lot of stuff.
I pretend I care about getting a highly paid job, but actually, I don't mind if I end up in a really low-end job - so long as I can afford somewhere to live, I'm happy.
I pretend I care about being in a relationship, but I know I could live out the life of a batchelor(ette?) and be happy - everything would be my own way.
I pretend I care about what I eat - I don't - I eat whatever the hell I want, and tough luck to anyone who cares about that!
I pretend to caer about my college grades, but in all honesty, I believe I could get a job even if I fail every class i'm taking!
But then again, there's a lot of things I say I don't care about, but which I secretly do.
I say I hate my sisters, but secretly, I really love them.
I say I don't care what other people think of me, but when someone says something cruel about me behind my back, my heart still sinks.
I say some people are just friends, when deep down, I think a lot more of them.

My in-laws. I do care about them, but spending time with them always feels like a pain in the *** to me. I wish it didn't. I just like my own family so much better.
