I need the server address so I activate my 3mail on my Nokia N73. I also want msn's server address too.

there isn't one.
hotmail is http email, you need a pop3 email address which will give you the server details.

You can use software or websites which provide proxies (fake IP), but in fact, there is no actually very good way to hide your IP because in some sites, there is a technology to find the real IP. Using dynamic IP can be a good way, but you have to pay and the rank of IP isn't many.
