you just do it. once it starts happening, it comes pretty natural. there have been women who have given birth by themselves in the woods, if they can do it, you can do it. you kinda just naturally know what to do and what feels right. birthing classes may be helpful to you though!

Ive had 3 children, all natural, but still scary with every one, best way to go into this is with a positive mind, i also purchased a calming cd, to help you breathe, You have to remember that its a very natural process, and your body is designed to do it,

Your cervix opens up and contractions in your vagina forces the baby to come out head first.
Complications may arise, however and Caesarian Section may be an alternative.

C-Section or push until the baby comes out. Learn the basics and go to Lamaze class.
