Kenwood domestic appliances/customer care?

I have a new stainless steell kettle ,but no matter how many times I boilit and throw it away I still get a metalic taste in tea or coffe

Don't waste time with customer care, just take it back to the shop you bought it from, ask for a refund.

i think you are imagining it i have been a domestic appliance repair man for 10 years and have never heard of that one.
