Since the USA has only one President at a time and you use the present tense and I assume you to be intelligent enough to know what you are really asking, you must be asking about the comparative intelligence of all current Presidents of all countries. A few years ago the answer would have been Saddam Hussein, but since he has been properly disposed of, the current answer would be Iran's President Ahmadinejad, but don't worry. We have a rope that will fit his neck just like the rope that cured Saddam's stupidity.

Come on people, look into American history a little.....
I have to say William Howard Taft. He got stuck in the White House bath tub. Sure, he was a big guy and I'm sure that wasn't fun, but come on, how many people get stuck in the bathtub. Can you imagine that....the president screaming and screaming for someone to come and he is stuck naked....that would totally suck.
Bill Clinton thinking he can say he didn't have sexual relations with that girl....sure, she put his penis in her mouth from time to time, but that's not sexual or anything......
I think the more fun question would be dumb vice presidents....lord have mercy there have been plenty of them!

By far Clinton. I didn't inhale, I didn't have sex! The people that say Bush are only mad and don't want to understand him. A class of Third graders were writing Valentines Cards to our Military people in Iraq and Thanking them for keeping our country safe. If you take our presence away in any poor or third world country we will continue to have 911's everywhere. Wake-up people leave the war over there and not on our land. I know it is not easy but its the way.

JFK because of his Mob connections he was so aloof that he being the President and all the intelligence network was not able to understand that they are out to get him.

that would have to be carter. Not a lot of thought was ever given to his actions. He just pressed ahead and screwed it up. I do have to say he was pretty consistent at it though.
