Not so much. What gets on my nerves more are the little girls driving the little cars doing 120 miles an hour while talking on their cells, applying mascara and not paying attention to a darn thing. You can sue for just about anything, but the issue arises in proving your case. Good luck. Love those Heavy Chevys--not too many around any more, so take care of her.

Yes, but that will never change, and why waste your money that you earned so hard to sue for a scratch on your bumper. sounds like something they would do.

I'm with you... but I think I have figured out wht they are guys are such jerks...has to be due to the high car & insurance payments. they pay..I would go after any kind of scratch on bumper..
