lol oh my what a question.. ! i would say they whatever the person claims to be would be the determining factor in which prison they get put in. lol but thats funny! thanks for a laugh

Well, if they look like a male, send them to a male jail. If they look like a woman send them to a female jail. Thats just how i see it.
