Yeah I'm pretty sure the vision centers do, but wanted to ask anyway because I'm at a desk and can't exactly call them right now :)

Some vision centers are Wal-Mart owned, and some are just tenants of the stores, so they can make their own rules, somewhat.
That being said, I believe that they will take walk-ins. They try to make everything as convenient as possible for the customer.

Yes they have a big sign up front usually saying walk ins welcome.
