Look through Craigslist.org
If you find a Johnson or Evinrude, I own the Repair Manual for 1973-199, 3 cyl, v4, v6 and jet drives. If you happen to be in Southern Cali, I can also help you rebuild your outboard!

You will have a hard search as new two stroke outboards are no longer allowed to be imported into UK. Be evironmentally friendly and buy a pair of oars or get half way there with a four stroke
