What happened on 'Supernatural' last night?

Haha. Nice. Anyway. For all others ****Spoiler Alert***
Dean starts the episode looking for Sam who has been missing for a week. Sam finally calls him from some hotel room claiming he doesn't remember anything from the whole time he was missing and he is covered in blood. They try to retrace his steps and they find out that Sam stole a Beetle with a bloody knife in the back seat, stolen some menthol cigarettes and a bottle of liquor from a gas station. Then it leads them to a house in the middle of nowhere where they come across a dead man's body. Upon searching the house, they come across weapons and Sam realizes that he has killed another hunter. Dean refuses to believe it but the man has his house videotapes and the murder is recorded. They head back to the hotel and Sam tells Dean that he is becoming who he is meant to be and that Dean needs to kill him. Dean refuses and tells him he would rather die and Sam clocks him in the head with his gun and leaves. Sam shows up at Jo's bar and after talking to her for a little bit she realizes that something is wrong. He knocks her in the head and when she comes to, Sam has tied her to a pole and begins verbally torturing her about how her father wasn't killed by a demon, but by John Winchester himself and how she should get over Dean because Dean doesn't think of her as anything but a childish schoolgirl. Dean tracks him with his cell phone and shows up and splashs Sam with holy water, showing us that Sam is possessed and he's been possessed since Dean found him. They have a small duel and Sam gets away. Dean frees Jo and she asks him if demons ever tell the truth (about her father I'm sure). He tells her sometimes, if they know it will hurt them. Dean heads after Sam and Jo wants to come but Dean says no and goes after Sam alone outside by the pier. Dean looks around and Sam comes up from behind him and shoots him and Dean falls over the dock (I totally freaked out haha). Jo, who followed anyway, is calling Dean's phone trying to find him and finds him under the pier seriously hurt. They figure out that the demon in Sam is after hunters and the closest one is Bobby Singer (we first met him in Devil's Trap - John's friend). Sam has gotten there and Bobby seems unaware of the demon. However, when he gets the a beer, he fills Sam's up with Sam's holy water. Dean arrives and they trap Sam under the a Devils Trap and try to exorcise the demon. It doesn't work and they see that the demon has binded itself to Sam with some mark on his wrist. He says some chant in Latin and breaks free of the Trap. We now find out that this demon is the demon that possessed Meg last season. She has lost interest in the grand war and all she wants is revenge on Dean and Sam (and all hunters) for sending her to hell. She kicks the crap out of Dean (I think he was crying haha) while telling him that he is a failure for loosing his father and now he has lost his brother and deep down he knows he could never save Sam and how she was going to kill every hunter she could. While this is going on, Bobby manages to burn the mark off of Sam and 'Meg' leaves his body. After its over, Bobby mentions the hunter that is kills and hints that the boys 'know nothing about it' because his friends are out for blood from his killer. They leave and Dean breaks the tension by telling Sam he spend a week with a girl inside him. :)

The summary for next week is: 'Sam and Dean call on fellow hunter Bobby (Jim Beaver) for help with violent occurrences on a college campus, but Bobby has suspicions about both the culprit and the brothers' escalating feud.' It's kinda one of those episodes that has not much to do with the main storyline.
