What is the best service to be picked up from the Kissimmee Amtrak station and taken to The HOliday INn Lake?

Do you mean like a towncar service or are you looking for something else.

I've been using Premier Towncar for several years now and I have had really good luck with them.

You also have taxis, Mears, etc. I'm not sure who all goes to the train station, but I think most places will, I know private transfers will, but I'm not sure about mears.

If you check on Amtraks site, they may offer transfers as well, not sure but just a guess.
