About the only way to get one is to buy an advance review copy (ARC) off a reviewer. Since the book was cancelled before actual publication, those are the only copies in existence and the price will be pretty steep.

Check E-bay, and ask a broke employee who works at a Borders or B&N if they bought a copy.

It will be really hard and you will pay a high price. Only a few got on the market before they pulled them.
