I can't get the back off it, I'm pulling but it won't budge. It's not embedded in my nose.

Dampen the stud and try to loosen it, hold the back with tweasers and pull the front.

just like earings.... go 2 the nose doctor.... go 2 were u pearsed your nose & ask them.... go 2 the emergency hospital.... Do somthin.... use cisors 2 cut the nose-ring from the back

you have to twist a little. If you absolutely cannot do it yourself, go to a place that does piercings. They should be able to assist you!
