If you're playing with them and this happens, try playing near a wall or piece of furniture and leaning him against that instead.

I'f you're displaying them and they won't stay upright, you can use a backdrop (say, print a picture of the TMNT van or something and glue it on heavy cardboard) and discreet wires running through it to Don to keep him standing.

Well, I would try to fix the problem by going into my dad's tool-set and readjust the doll with pliers.
