Keep saltines by your bed. Eat a few before you get up. I suffered from morning sickness with every pregnancy. Nine times(not all successful). Eat small snacks of whatever sounds good through out the day. Lemonade and sour cream and onion chips are great! So are McD's fries. I have also tried preggie pops that are wonderful! Try some from the website below, but I bet any kind of lollipop would help. Morning sickness hopefully won't last much longer than the first trimester. Good Luck!!!!

Grate about 2 teaspoons fresh ginger into 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and let steep 5 minutes. Strain. Add honey to taste. Drink what you'd like and put the rest in the fridge for later. Ginger Ale (not Sprite) works well, too.

Try to keep a snack right at your bedside. Most morning sickness is due to low blood sugar. So even before you get up, have your snack and then keep in bed (horz) for 10 min or so after your snack. Good snacks are crackers, peanuts, etc. Also, make sure you take your prenatal AFTER you have eaten something. They made me feel sick on an empty stomach. If you think it is your prenatal, talk to your dr about that and he/she can switch you to a different one.

For me, Ginger Ale worked the best. I read that a good way to prevent it is to eat less, but more often because when you go too long between meals, it causes your blood sugar to drop and makes you nauseated. I tried this and it works for me. I also read that most people eat carbs to get rid of the nausea, but protein is actually a better solution. Good luck.

Ugh, it's so awful!!!

The usual advice is to eat dry crackers before you even get out of bed. I'm not sure if it helped me or not, but it's worth a try anyway.

For me, the only thing that worked was sucking sherbet lemons. Never eaten them before or since, but they made the nausea just about bearable.

LEMON Works great for me. I put lemon in my water, and I eat lemon popsicles. It works every time.

If it gets REALLY bad the doctors have some anti-nausea medicine they can give you, but that's for severe cases.
