You could always wear a skirt (khaki or denim) if the baby doll top is not real dressy then you don't want to wear something on the bottom too dressy. but a skirt would dress it up. And cute heels would help even if you wear jeans heels will dress it up.

nice pants and black boots. add an accessory but make sure it doesn't look real. people will rob you.
