If you have designed your website to meet the W3C web standards and it has relevant content then it should show up in the various serach engines.
You should think about submitting the site to the various search engines.
Do a search for rental homes in Kissimmee and see what sites other people use to promote there homes and see if this is something that you should do.
Use craiglist and show the url for the website
when you email people include the url for the website
advertize in free papers including your website address

Contact the Chamber of Commerce in Kissimmee. I'm sure they will be able to guide you to the best sites.
ps...I'm under 8 feet of snow at the moment, Kissimmee sounds WONDERFUL!
