The term you're looking for is "constructive abandonment."

Constructive abandonment in some states is recognized as a marital fault and can be valid *grounds* for divorce. I recommend you re-check the information on constructive abandonment as any kind of defense.

Note:

Loss of Consortium, though a legal term, does not have to do with divorce law. The term is used in torts law, and refers to a claim for damages brought by the spouse of an injured party for loss of that injured spouse's services, affection, conjugal relations, etc.

Alienation of Affection is also a tort term, and refers to the tort of willful and malicious interference with the marital relations of a third party.

H) When put to an ultimatum like that I'd pivot on my high heels and walk all the way to the lawyer. S*x on demand is no pleasure. Without the ultimatum the poor guy possibly could have gotten it daily. Now none - at least not with me

Actually that is only in certain states. A spouse has the right to refuse to have sex with his/her mate, because marriage isn't supposed to be based upon sex. If that is all to the marriage then maybe the couple shouldn't have gotten married anyway.

I don't think there is a specific term for it except for 'breach of contract'. It can be used a a defense but it is one of the hardest things to prove in a court of law.

Well everyone has given you plenty of things to call it. Now I will give you the name of a support group of people who know what you are going through - SWAGE.

There's lots of good people there who understand what you are going through and will be glad to talk to you.
