My best friend of 20 odd years just screwed around behind my back with my girlfriend. I was woundering one day why dhe has not returned any of my phone calls. so my gut felling told me togo to a motel we used to go to alot one night cause I dtarted getting really deppressed. I guessed right her car was there.It was about 10:00p.m. but I still did not no what room and with who. So I had waited till the next moreing in the parking lot next door this was a 24 keno's resurant .at about 9:30am someone stared unlocking the door to come out of one of the rooms it was her by herself . I was releave yet embarresed. yet I could not let her see me. but 5 minutes later when I looked in the direction of where her car was parked to my surprise I saw my bet friend who I had grew up with loading her car with towels. I jumped out my truck and yelled his name out load . he turn saw me and then turned away and said 'oh my f**kin god, no way'and ran back to where the room was. I did not no how to react..

I'm sorry about this one of my friends he was out to sea and he had wrote this journal for his wife when he came back he found her with all her bags packed he wouldnt have found out if he came two days later.He was so depressed like you are you can't really be friends with someone who has done something like that to you he still talks to his ex-wife now but things will never be the same you will be mad at them now but you will need to let it go. What you need is to go out and start meeting new girls and hanging out with Better friends. I've learned that even if you were friends with someone for so long they won't always be your friends when you get older (sometimes girls are a big thing that can come in the way). Good luck I know that you feel betrayed but remember karma comes back to kick you in the butt ten fold ^__^

These things happen. I guess he wasn't really your best friend after all. It hurts to admit things like this, but friendship is so important to a happy life that you can't give up on having friends. You just need more reliable ones.
As for your GF, you need to find out why she needed to be with him. Maybe you don't give her enough affection, attention, respect, sexual satisfaction, etc. If she claims that one of these things is indeed her reason, don't deny it; tell her you want to be with her and that you are willing to change. If on the other hand she says something cruel like "I was bored with you," then it may be too late to try to save the relationship. Good luck with your decisions.
