Sure it's possible. On the old Superman TV show, Superman got put in jail, and being a good citizen, he refused to bust out. He was needed outside, and some professor told him that with his powers, he could probably will himself to be in two places at one time. It worked, but in that condition he was so weak that flying gave him a sore back.

Have you ever heard of the term, "Be careful what you wish for?" Well frankly my dear, it is very much possible that it can happen. I dont know how it works exactly but i know that it is very possible, because it happens to me very often. I think it's just one of those things, that is Mind over matter, and if you truely have faith in what your wishing for.

it is possible and very common irrespevtive where u belong from.
i always think while taking bath that i will get 1 million dirhams.
but its not a fantasy.
may be this thought leads one to fullfills the impossible thing
