Olive is is thin, no doubt. But I think that many people can truly be naturally skinny without being anorexic. It's hard to guess what the intent of the creators of Popeye had when creating Olive Oil. I certainly don't think they were portaying her as a "beauty", just a skinny women whom Popeye and Brutus pined for!

I agree with the one that said that Olive might have fast metabolism but she doesnt have anorexia. I have never seen any episode of of Popeye that revealed Olive having problems with eating.

Yes...which is ironic because her name is Olive Oil, and, even though there are health benefits, it's still loaded with calories. She's such a paradox.
