what can i do. i keep getting alot of double talk from Joe.
he tell me soon i will get my 401 and this has been going on for over a year. what can i do.

Go to your local Small Claims office and get a judgement if it's less than $7,500 worth.

Once you have that, you can sell his car, house, a number of things to get your due. And you'll get interest.

Start at small claims first. Then DA if necessary.

This happened to me when Sarah Coventry went out of business years ago. Due to the fact that they contributed a percentage based on your wage into the plan and I did not match it out of my pay, i got nothing. Those who contributed were entitled, however they only got back the dividends on what they contributed, not what the company put in. If you did not put any of your own money in then you are not entitled.

speak with an attorney, if the 401 is from before then you have a right to it.

I had the same thing with a Co. in VT.They shut down and tried to screw us all,VT. State labor Dept. made them pay us all our due monies.Sweet
