my study in UK college and i saw there is a difference in fees between overseas and UK students so what i'm considering myself in respect to fees i.e. I'm overseas or UK student . By the way i'm christian

Your best bet, is to contact the www.ukvisas.gov.uk - there will be email and phone numbers - there will be also information about how to proceed and what you are actually classified as. You could also email the universities you intend to apply to and ask their advice (admissions offices).
Dont worry about religion, that shouldnt be a factor in which universities will accept you, best of luck.

When it comes to fees they are going to consider where you have been living for the past 2 years I think. I know colleges in the U.S. categorize students by where they have been living for the past year, not what your nationality is. I maybe wrong, but i don't think so. I think you should call the college and ask them to be sure.

If you have a British passport,And you was born in the UK,You are classed as a British citizen..
