is this sexually harrasment or on the job harrassment is there anything I can do about it?

well i went to give my employer his uniform and I resign in persern, but he I thought he was going to hit me he said I know it upseting. really he was yelling consiting yelling at me and the employees were asking if I was a lot to the point it was interfer with my job I was being harrassed and they would look into my eye to see if I was all right. my boss said I was to slow and some of the employees would touch me if I did not answer them what can you do about this sitution?

your English is a little difficult to understand but it does not sound like harassment, more of a boss that is a bit of a jerk. He should never humiliate you like that, if you don't work out the way he wants, a simple explanation and discharge is all. I feel for you, good luck with the next job.

First off its really hard to understand your question. If your boss said he was going to hit you then yes, it is harassment. If not then no, and employees touching you is harassment if they touch you in a way that makes it uncomfortable to work, if there just tapping you on the shoulder to get your attention then no it is not harassment! From what i read here then no you weren't harassed, your boss told you that you were to slow, meaning pick up the pace, he didn't in any way harass you! Bosses yell at employees all the time, its part of working, that's why a lot of people hate there bosses!!

There is yelling & there is talking loud.

It sounds as if you are hard of hearing or that you just tune out & don't pay enough attention to what is going on around you.

Maybe they were poking at you to see if you had slipped into a coma.... I can't imagine why your boss would have said that you were slow.
