I think Anna's death is a horrible tragedy.
That poor woman went through so much. No one should ever have to experience the loss of a child. Then before she can even mourn him, she's drawn into a battle over the other child and being kicked out of her home. A little time goes by and she's being sued by some fat kid who tried Trimspa and didn't lose weight. Then ON THE MORNING SHE DIED Rosie O'Donnell is blasting her on the View. Enough is enough! How much was she supposed to take from Gaither Ben Thompson, Larry Birkhead, Debra Orpi, Howard K Stern, the lawyers, the media, the paparazzi, etc.before something like this happened?
I don't know what happened. Was it suicide? Was she killed by her shady lawyer? Was she addicted and accidentally overdosed, and if so, WHO was giving her the pills???
But why didn't someone HELP her??? It shouldn't have come to this.
And the real tragedy is the little baby who is basically orphaned and is going to be at the center of a long and ugly custody battle now. And all she will ever know about her mother is the garbage in the media.
I'd like to think Anna Nicole Smith was a good person who made some bad decisions. I'm just so very, very sorry that she never had a chance to turn things around.

Anna had dealt with a lot of hard stuff in her life and when things starting going better...Well, you all know...I just hope her daughter is raised up right and they teach her about the scrappy, sweet side of her mom. That's how she should be remembered, for plugging along when a lot of other people would have given up. Maybe she didn't always make the best choices (God knows she paid for them), but that little girl shouldn't have to grow up reliving all that.
Rest In Peace, Anna.

she had friends there to try and help her with her problem and SHE chose the wrong path. she is a pill popping junkie that couldn't get control of her problem. she popped them when she was pregnant and now that poor child will prolly have something wrong with her later in life. i feel bad for that baby, never being able to know her mom and the man who she married and claims to be that little girls father is a moron. we will soon find out if the idiot is the real father. i really hope not...

.Yes its sad that she died, and its a shame that her little daughter won't get to know her real mother, just stories that how she lived,I just hope when her daughter grows up that people won't look down on her for what her mother was doing. if you can't say something nice, its better left saying nothing at all. but no one knows what she was going through unless you walked in her shoes.
