My house is not damp,although I do have a outhouse built on the side whichgets a bit damp, but they are even upstairs, really getting on my nerves, what can i do to get rid of them?

This indicates that you may have a slight water leak somswhere. In the past I have found that there is sometimes a slight leak from the incoming mains water pipe which in an older house is usually of lead. Try to figure out where the water enters the house. Check that your downpipes are actual;ly working by going out in the rain (with umbrella) and looking
