The key is color combo and chain combos. Seat people in the same color. Often pairs with similar colors to others appear. (like two red cell phone users then you get two red bussiness women). Do this with others too and the bonuses will add up very quickly. Also, chain reactions.
Seat 2-4 people at once and gather their menus at once (don't do anything else) then repear for brining their food and you'll get a lot of bonuises that way too.

I think the secret is to do everything in chains try wait at the podium do the hearts thing three times and seat four people at a time and do everything in chains. when they eat, go to the podium and do the hearts thing on more time so they wont get mad. hope it helps.
