It has been reported that due to bad results, fan pressure and team members pressure, DB might play for Real Madrid again before he departs for USA.
He has not played since beginning of Jan, since USA thing was announced.
Surely he should be doing something for the money he gets paid!

I think what's happening at Madrid is the very same thing happening in the england national team where coaches don't know what to do and start blaming players...

Capello would never recall Backs if Madrid was delivering results but because they don't see anyone who's playing better than Beckham on the right wing that's why he decided to recall him.

I do believe Becks did not play the kind of football he played for Man U but it's easy to say he wasn't as useless as many think he was therefore I have to say he was good enough to be part of the first team. he was not the reason why Madrid did not win anything...

Thanx!

It's all that Capello's fault...David Beckham should prove it to the team. Beckhams has been at all trainings and as a professional player I'm sure he will give it his best if assigned to play again. And I also hope Cristiano Ronaldo never plays under that Capello coach.

One more thing, one player doesn't make a team! It's not all up to Beckham, I bet all other players morale must be down to the ground with that awful coach!!

Personaly, I dont give a damn if he plays or not. Real Madrid makes good players go bad. And the only reason Beckham wants to play in LA is because he also wants to act.

I think it's a great idea that he plays for the squad. They can't do much worse. Regardless of all the nay sayers, Beckham can still play and offer alot to the team on the pitch. Capello needs to quit being stubborn and include him for games.

He never left, still a Real Madrid player till the summer. Also he has never refused to play in the team, blame the manager not David.David wants to play, the manager will not play him.Whose fault is that then?

"Beckham spares the life of his executioner," was newspaper Marca's headline.

"A gift from Beckham to Capello," was El Pais's description of the goal,

Van Nistelrooy said: "Beckham has been fantastic, his attitude has been brilliant.
"When you go for a month without playing it isn't easy to be at your best but he always trains hard and has a very positive attitude.
"That's why you can always bet on him. It was a great day for him."

Sure he should play and tonight's result confirms that. Without Beckhams goal Capelo, by all accounts, would be out of a job right now.....

No doubt he WILL be sold in the summer, going some of the way in paying off the £660 million debt Manchester United owes, thanks to the Glaziers.
