Maybe food poisoning or the 24 hour stomach flu bug.
Drink lots of fluids, water, gatorade, ginger ale,dry toast, no dairy and take some gravol if you have it.
Once you are over it, you should eat some plain yogurt, cut up some fruit in it and don't add refined sugar.
It will replace some of the good bacteria in your stomach.
Hope you feel better.

I can't believe you expect a bunch of anonymous--though well-meaning--people to diagnose you based on the fact that you threw up. Whatever the cause, stop eating or drinking. After you've gone for an hour without throwing up, sip 1 ounce of water or room temperature gingerale or 7-Up (no ice and not chilled). When you can hold 1 ounce for an hour, sip another ounce and wait an hour. If that stays down, go to 2 ounces--no gulping it down. When you restart solid food, stay away from dairy products (milk, cheese, etc.) as it's very hard to digest. Try clear broth and tea, crackers, toast until you are feeling better.

There is alot of stuff going around right now, my daughter just had this (sounds like it) I would venture to say you have the stomach flu, she had it for a day but felt crappy for a couple days. Get some rest, try to get at least water in you - so you don't dehydrate, and you'll feel better in time. I also heard if you could drink gator aide, it will help.

Sounds like the flu. Sip water. If you can't even keep water down you are going to have to be careful not to get dehydrated.
Best way to do that is to use Gravol suppositories. Gross as it is, it will settle your stomach so you can get some liquids in to you.

I'm sorry, but don't you think that is a question you should ask a doctor, i don't think any of us are in a position to give you an educated answer.

If you dont want to see the doctor try WebMd, it helps me out alot.

This is ridiculous. So many things could cause someone to vomit it is not even worth getting into them all.

If it is severe or lasts more than a couple days get to a doctor.

You're a male so you're not "with child" so I would venture a guess on the stomach flu.
