Bath and Bodyworks has an awesome line of aromatherapy products in the aroma of Eucalyptus and Spearmint. Its the best smelling stuff I have ever come across.

Peppermint Creams

Mix a few drops of peppermint essence with fondent icing (add a few drops of food colouring if you want to make them green).

Roll the icing to about 5mm, cut into shapes & leave to air dry overnight.

Next day - 1/2 dip in melted chocolate & leave to dry again.

Hope this helps.x
