nice question.His way of anchoring is really natural...but the repetiton of the same joke i.e., a phone call from his wife at the end of each show is not effective.
But we can never get awesomeness as that of Big B...

He makes the show all about him... you are constantly aware of him... sort of hogs the limelight. But he is sweet enough to his guests.
