Earlier in the beginning of the school year I noticed a good looking boy named Jose who came from Mexico (legally) 3 years ago. (His english wasn't great, but he can speak pretty well and understand well) Two months later he asked me out on a date. We dated 2-3 more times, and one night he took me out to a park and told me to close my eyes then suprised me with a teddy bear holding a rose, and asked me to be his girlfriend. We've been dating for 5 months now, and in the past 2 months it seems as if we never talk. If I see him in the hallways I have to initiate the conversation, he never calls me, never attempts to try to find me in the hallways after class, never asks me to do anything anymore. I'm kinda scared that my friend whom i most of my time with has gotten between us, or we have major culural differences. I've asked him why he doesn't talk to me, and he says he understands why i would be upset cause he knows he doesnt and that he'll change, but he never does. Any advice?

you need to talk to him,if he says he'd going to change then just wait to see if he does. if he doesnt change tell him he either changes or its over then if he really loves he will change if he dont then he aint worth it, you deserve better

Don't ever believe a guy when he tells you that he is going to change because it's a lie. I was with this a guy fo about 7 months and everything was good for the first 3 or 4 months until he started doing me wrong by not calling, or waiting too long to call. And of course I would have to always call and txt him first. I know ya'll have cultural differences but if he really wanted to be with you he wouldn't have started to act that way in the first place. The only thing I can tell you is that you need to find somebody better because you don't deserve to be treated like that, no female does.

to b ehonest sweetie, i think that it's time to move on, obviously something in the relationship is not right, maybe his family is thinking of returning to mexico and he cant allow himself to get any deeper into the relationship. If i was you I think I would probably ask him to meet up with you for a chat, or take it upon yourself to explain to him the way that you feel, and that you are not going to hang around forever and a day for him to pick u up and drop u when he feels like. Good luck sweetie, get out there and have some fun times with your mates, there are many many more fish in the big blue sea! and one of them has your name on him.
