I'm not sure if I have high cheekbones. I'm slim but I still have this baby fat in my face because I'm 18.When I smile my eyes are hugely narrowed and those crow's feet wrinkles appear in the outer corners of my eyes - is it a sign of high cheekbones? Simply, how can you say that you have high cheekbones when you have baby fat in your face which makes your face less angular?

To the girl above me and to your question...I have high cheek bones and somewhat chubby cheeks, always have. Some people have both together whereas others only have chubby cheeks, or only high cheek bones, so the flesh on your cheeks has nothing to do with it. Just part of your characteristics.
High cheek bones look high, as the other poster said. Also if you look at your face from the side you'll see the bones, even if you have chubby cheeks. The shadow may be hard to see if your cheeks are that chubby, and honestly...it is not baby fat. That's an excuse people come up with to get away with a little flab, no offense. You lose your baby fat shortly before and during purberty...Not after.

Higher cheekbones LOOK high. Like, they may cause almost bag looking things under your eyes. I wouldnt say you could say you have high cheekbones just because your eyes squinch 2gether when you smile!! (My eyes are like that too, just because I have "pixie" almost asiany eyes..u might too...IDK.
I think it'd be hard to say until you lose more fat on ur face. But then some ppl just keep chubby cheeks. (Im 17 and have NO baby fat on my face nemore.) It just depends.

wow! pretty intense about your looks. I think you can recognize high cheekbones if you cannot see well because your nose is blocking your view.
