I just had a little girl on October 2nd 2006. I bleed alot when she was born and had blood clots. I went to the doctor for my 6 week check up and everything was fine. I got put on a birth control pill called camila. I haven't had a pierod at all. not since before I got pregnant!? I am breast feeding and some people say that if you are breastfeeding you don't have a pierod is this true? Could it be my birth control? Or could it be something else? I mean I get stressed once in awhile and I am a little easyer to piss of now. I get cramps once in awhile but have gas quite often. What could be wrong? why aren't I haveing a pierod? Why do I seem easyer to piss off?

Your body has had a lot to deal with in the last few months..it's pushed out a healthy baby girl, you're breast-feeding, you're getting wound up as you're a mum now, you're back on the pill so your body has probably thought "Hang on! What the hell is going on? This is too much for me..I can't cope with a period as well" so it doesn't produce one..
If you're too stressed, it won't come on..Perhpas seeing your doctor would help set your mind at rest..
I personally think it's normal but for now, feel better you don't have the stress of a baby, being a mum and having a period - what an awful week for you to endure! Go get a cuddle off your partner, put your feet up and relax! You deserve it!

First of all be care full when it comes to taking birth control while breast feeding. Don't forget that whatever meds you take gets transfers to your baby. Now, calm down... having a child is stress full and many people get moody. It's a new change in your life. Talk to your doctor it all depends on person. Your body is going threw changes now. Your menstrual cycle changes. My advice talk to your doctor.

Many experience no periods while breastfeeding.
Many don't have them during stressful times.

This is just a normal time you are going though. Enjoy the baby, and the joy you can experience at this time.

When your body has settled down, it will return to normal. Count your blessings!
