Hmm- Those B-52's are great for ending war, and starting them too. Depending on who you are up against, B-2's might be a better choice:)
But to answer the question, one person-he's sitting in the oval office. or the Kremlin, depending on which war you are considering.

No matter how many people we send... it won't end the war. It has gone beyond being a war and turned into law enforcement. How long have we been fighting the"War on drugs"? If we just wanted to kill them all, we could do that in short order. If we don't want to kill a lot of innocent people... it can't be won.

not many in washington. they all say they were fooled well they should all be fired. we thought he had weapons of mass destruction . bullshit every senator and congress man should resign or be fired. they screwed up bigtime and blame bush what are they sheep a bunch of phoney liars who screw the american public. they all voted for the war what a bunch of two faced no good scum. get rid of all of them they think they represent the people they only represent their own greedy self interests. perks pensions what a corrupt bunch everyone of them, the goverment is too big and way out of control and run by crooks and liars who deserve no respect from anyone they belong in prison

I personally dont think wars will ever end. It is very natural to fight and to rebel.
