Prolly not. They are on a current four game winning streak right now, but the Western Conference is just too strong. Mike Bibby hasn't played at his all-star level all year. I don't know if the Kings can rely on Kevin Martin all year, this is the first year he has ever got significant playing time and he has a small frame compared to NBA standards. John Salmons hasn't really helped like they thought he would. Garcia needs atleast another year to develop. They also don't have front court depth. Miller and Abdur-Rahim are good, but Kenny Thomas improvement went down after his 2nd or 3rd year in the league.

I severely doubt it. The West is an very very strong conference that only has the final two spots up for grabs. I'm going to guess that denver will take the number 7 seed as they have AI and melo along with camby at center. As a result the last spot would be between sac, ok/orleans, Golden state, and the wolves. I just dont see them making the playoffs this year without mike bibby completely turning around his season and the same goes for brad miller.

i doubt it, with all the strong teams in the west, i'm 90% sure that they wont make it, but if they were in the East, then i think they would have a chance.
