I think her lawyers could prove that its in the best interests of the child. It won't be easy, but its a challenge that they are ready to take on.

Paternity suit will have a big play in it. She has yet to get 1 cent of any of the money. The old mans will gave her 8 million in properties but apparently she wanted more. What is wrong with 8 million is what I would like to know. I honestly would like to see the suit dropped and let the child live with the biological father. If it is either Larry or Howard I am sure they make enough money to support the child. (Though Howard may have to go find 1 client that is rich or famous such as Anna)

No, paternity is the case, and I heard that the "other man" is the father and she had jsut found out Wednesday and he was on his wasy to Florida to be united with his daughter, so he will get custody of her. If they can find her......

They have to establish paternity first, then go from there...And she hasn't inherited any money yet, that is still in court...
