Platypuses do not lay their eggs in water but at the ends of burrows on land. No mammal layes eggs in water. No birds do either and I can't think of any reptiles that do. Those that lay eggs - crocodiles, turtles and one sea snake - lay the eggs on land.

That leaves us with insects and amphibians and here there are a few contenders.
Various frogs and toads, dragonflies and mayflies, caddis flies and mosquitos. Land crabs, which are crustaceans, also lay their eggs in water although they live all their lives on land.
