Yes you can use keyloggers, that record eacn and every keystrokes typed in your keyboard, but the problem is that, it should be installed in the system in which the user is opening his mail account.

Many of them are freely available at www.download.com, but you have to search there for word "Keylogger", but remeber they also contains spyware in them but they will not harm your computer they will just advertise something, so uninstall it when your work is done.

No, I don't believe there is any way of tracking the password of an email address.

To make matters easy.. if you are new to computers, email tracking or trying to find out someone's email password can be tougher than you imagined. However there are 3rd party software out there that can make your job easy but if you have an antivirus or antispyware program on your computer, it would detect it as a virus. So if you know what you are doing then more power to you but if you are one of those paranoia people who want to track every activity somene is doing on their computer then simply keep them off the computer that way you dont worry yourself.
