I go to church with this girl, and we are very close. I have feelings for her which she is aware of, but we are not together. I would like it if we were but I am maintaining as much patience as possible. She has had a very large impact on my life. She puts a smile on my face whenever we talk, and she doesn't even have to try. The main point I would like to make is in the years past I could've cared less about Valentine's Day. It was the worst holiday ever created in my opinion. And yet here I am this year stressing about what to get a girl. What do you get the most amazing girl in the world?

I would get her a rose and a nice, nice card and include this note:
Will you consider a nice dinner with me, and possibly being my valentine?

It is nice, respectful, and gives her plenty of room to think.

Awwww sweet, how about a little gold or silver heart on a chain? Or similar earrings. Some flowers? A manicure voucher? Book her in for a facial or a massage.

It really depends what you're trying to say to her and whether you want to be obvious with the meaning of the gift or leave it open to interpretation. The best way of saying it though is with words...if you can't face her to tell her, write her a card (even one you've made yourself).

Have you discussed your feelings about each other before and is there any reason why you're not together?

For St Valentine's Day, I think that a piece of jewellery might be a bit much, as she does not yet realise how you feel about her... it might scare her off.

I think that a sweet card simply saying you think she is amazing, would mean more than any flashy gift. Oh, and a love - heart shaped box of chocolates would be great!

Patience will get you nothing. If you like her, ask her out. If you aren't together, it might be kind of awkward to suddenly go all out on Valentines Day. Buy her a single rose, and ask her if she'd like to go to a restaurant as a friend. Make sure you don't act too stressed out. Just be casual.

Maybe the best Valentines day gift you can give this girl who lights up your life is the request of a date with her, just ask her out and I think you will have the best Valentines day ever, good luck.

Well Something Simple and meaningful is always best but if u cant think of anything then go over the top and buy something romantic. Just a tip, stay away from man thongs!

since you are not a couple yet, it may be inappropriate to get her anything too expensive or fancy, such as jewellery. however, you could ask her out for a nice dinner and give her a bouquet of roses when you meet up.

Someting simple woudl probably work best, ie, what abut a cross and chain, or a silver heart on a chain - simple but nice. Dont over do it, you'll probably embarrass her.
