It means Walter. And I seriously hope this question is a joke, because it's only too easy to list the ignorant decisions and mistakes of decisions that the man has made.
To Debra below me, I'm not a big fan of his. So sue me for getting his middle name wrong. I'm not too knowledgeable about most Presidents' middle names, so forgive me if I don't know them off the back. But perhaps you could consider that I chose not to insult him, I merely stated that W is a name, not a moniker. So please either grow up or shut up, 'cause to be frank, you sound like a jackass complaining about a mere mispelling when so many above and around me are calling him something a hell of a lot worse than "Walter".
