It may seem like a strange answer, but, if your old enough to be asking this question without help typing or reading, then obviously you have come in contact with the very substance you're asking about. So, if you have used vinegar without any ill effects, why now the question? Vinegar that you would purchase from the store, does not contain any alcohol, at least in the form or the amount you are worried about. These scientist can find hundreds of stuff in just about any food item named, but in such small amounts , who cares. If in the past you have not been bothered by vinegar, quit reading labels and enjoy. I can't stand the smell or taste of the stuff, but that's just my own personal opinion, not by any means the opinion of the majority.

No. Although it is acidic, it is not the kind that will cause harm as long as you take it like any other medicine for good health. One tablespoon full in an 8 oz glass of water early each morning is very good for your digestive system, blood pressure, cholesterol and joint pains. Remember to buy the kind of ACV with the 'mother' in it. It's cannot be found in most grocery stores.
Visit your local health food stores.

No, but it is very acidic so, I could see where you would question it.
