I have a clip board that has been written on with a permant marker and I want to take it off. I got most of it off with soap and water. Can anyone tell me how I could get the rest off?

The short version is anything with alcohol in it.

Rubbing alcohol, hairspray, dry erase marker, vodka...whatever you have on hand.

Lacquer thinner may work. It may melt some plastics, though.

Comet or Ajax cleanser.

Thunderbolt or Awesome spray cleaner. I buy the Awesome at a dollar store. It works good on a lot of stains. The grocery store quit selling the Thunderbolt but it was the best. It would even remove permanent laundry marker from cotton shirts.

Try nail polish remover with acetone. Or try straight acetone.
