The A.P.I.E. formula is simple and easy to use for any problems
A = ASSESS and analyse the problem with other members of the group and find why it occured
P = PLAN and strategize how to overcome the problem outlining exactly what you will all do
I = IMPLIMENT the plan ensuring everything is done according to the plan
E = EVALUATE how things have gone. has it fixed the problem? if Yes, pat yourself on the back. if No start APIE again asking, why did it not work? what has to be changed?
