Maybe not while your dreaming, but if you wake up suddenly and smack your spouse or headboard, you could be injured.

A dream is just your brain letting out feelings that your heart couldnt let out in the day, so you were probably quite upset that day, but maybe you werent. dreams dont really happen, they are just in your mind, so no physical things happen to you in your dreams, unless you start rolling over, and fall of your bed. also, could you answer a question called this is very important!? thanks.

You're injured but you don't feel pain, that's what happened to me last night, lot of blood but I couldn't feel or see what part of my body was bleeding.

Dreams are picture and even if you are inside, it's like a movie. It can't be emotionally or physically related.

you don't feel the hurt inflicted to you in your dream because your physical body which is sleeping aren't actually being inflicted with that certain pain. if you feel hurt when dreaming, you're experiencing that same feeling physically.

Because your higher brain functions have been de-linked when dreaming.

there used to be a myth that if you had a "falling dream" and didn't wake up before you hit.. you would actually die...

The same reason that when you woke up, there wasn't a truck in your bed.
