Table Top Steam Press?

Has anyone ever used or owned a table top steam press to do their ironing? You know, like the cleaners use. How well do they work? Are they worht $200.00?

Its called a mangel. They are used in hotels and hospitals for linen. My aunt used hers for almost everything else, but she had done it for 20 years. Shirts and pants take an art. Why not try one?
