You should go on persoanlity and chemistry and who you think is hot and who having been with for a while you like so much you want to try and make it perminant

Filipina. Definitely better looking. Don't know about the cooking, though. It's hard to beat Thai food.

Many people will say Philippinos because of language and religion, but they are very americanised in the wrong sense (food).
They both lie so much to attract a westerner, however I believe Pinays are more ready to settle abroad.
Its all about poverty, and the developpment of Philippinas is less than Thailand...
Pinays are not better looking than Thais because of food, some look a bit mixed blood, and many ladies are very petite.
I know both, you can't generalize, there are scammers in both countries.
