Under current uk planning regs if a gate or fence is over 6ft (1.8m) you require planning permision. I would contact your local council planning dept'.

If there wasn't a gate there before and it's adjacent to a road, they would certainly need planning permission for a gate of that height. My neighbours dobbed me in to the local council for a similar thing and I had the planning officer on my doorstep the next day. Cost me £130 to get retrospective permission - darn my neighbours! Put in a call to the local planning office if you're concerned.

Why is it a large deal to park interior the third or fourth spot as antagonistic to the first one? I guess you're a variety of human beings which will force round a mall automobile parking zone for 1/2-hour till an area by potential of the door opens up, in uncomplicated words to pass interior and walk by potential of the mall for 2 hours. :) heavily, except you're bodily disabled and opt to park close, i might want to allow it pass. see you later as they don't look to be taking up all the spots (and it feels like they're no longer), basically drop it. so for you to stroll an more effective 20 ft to get to the sidewalk/your the front door. So what? Is it truly well worth starting to be this disillusioned over? As for the barking canine--that one I even haven't any suggestion for. i'm sorry. If it takes position at evening even as they're homestead, call the police/animal administration then. have you ever requested your landlord about this? some house homes/complexes have rules concerning noise ranges for the period of particular circumstances of the day and evening.

Sounds like a personal problem. Seek help from a therapist not a building inspection

Is it bothering you ?it is his property, unless it looks a real eye sore, leave it. If you feel that strong that you have to say something, talk to him first. Lets try and be good neighbours
