He should be in the team India for the world cup. People seem to forget that it's not that important how many runs he scores but in the manner he scores the runs is also very important. When your opening pair scores over hundred runs in a hurry it puts the opposite team in a very defensive position and that helps the middle order and the tail enders to score runs with a lot less pressure and that determines the outcome of the match.We certainly need a player with Sehwag's temperament to start the innings with Ganguli for sure.

Since Sehwag is a potential match winner and can demoralise any bowling attack in the world, he should defenitely play the world cup, provided of course he has regained his form
